Who is responsible for your data

This site does not use cookies or tracking

No cookies or tracking pixels run on this site. Our host, Cloudflare, counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics in a privacy first way: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, and nothing that identifies you or follows you to other sites.

What happens if you get in touch

If you email us directly, we hold your email address and whatever you tell us in that message, for as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own record keeping, then it is deleted. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

If you book a call through the Cal.com link on this site, Cal.com, a third party scheduling service, collects your name, email address and chosen time to arrange the appointment. Cal.com processes that data under its own privacy policy, available at cal.com/privacy. We only use the booking details to prepare for and hold the call you asked for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a working arrangement.

Who we share data with

Nobody, beyond Cal.com acting as a booking processor for calls you choose to arrange, and Stripe as the payment processor where a session is paid for. The site itself is hosted and served by Cloudflare, who keep short lived technical logs, including IP addresses, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attack. Email you send us is held in Google Workspace. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email yasmin@yasminadarling.com. If you are unhappy with how a concern is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
